7th November 2007 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: W Wind Stength: 30-10 knots Surf / Sea State: 1 foot messy surf Air Temperature: 12ºC Sea Temperature: 14ºC Weather: Cloudy Max Speed: Distance Covered: A pretty disappointing session. Wind on the weather station and on the beach was anyhiong between 22 and 30 knots so I took my small wave board, 4.5m and 5m sail and my bigger wave board just in case. Once on the beach there was still plenty of wind but it didn't look too mad out there and the surf was only small so I decided to take out the bigger kit. 5m sail and big wave board. However, once on the water there just wasn't any wind out there and I couldn't get going at all. I tired a few times but just sank so had no choice but to back up and come home. At least the water is still warm. Lets hope theres more wind tomorrow. |
